Rugby Podcast 108 Brumbies defeat the Lions with Laurie Fisher

Cheered my team on all through the night! clubs shut at 3am all the lions had no where to go however. I invited 3 back to my place and put them up for the night. I think Canberra tourism were a real let down yestruday. When I got off the train at kingston canberra I booked a courtesy bus for over 30 british people to go to the Kingo Hotel. I got so many free drinks!!! Love british people ;) Great game, Great night shame about the freezing weather and not a full stadium, 21000 instead of 25000

well done you – and well done your team.

“not a full stadium, 21000 instead of 25000″ but in years to come when everyone is sharing that “I was There” memory -10 times as many will be claiming to have shared the moment in the rain

u pair are great, but where’s timmsy?
also have u quit coming in peoples ears?

excellent pod cast again. pleasure to hear the Brumbies coach. I’d stand him a couple of guinnesses. well deserved victory. International tours need these so-called ‘upsets’ – it adds to the history of the game in general, and obviously to the club/province who pull it off. Your lads got in the Lions faces and never gave up. Fantastic effort and a real source of pride.
