Rugby Report Card 86 – Broken Heaaaaaaaart

The gang is finally back together for a heated and confusing discussion about super rugby

Thanks GAGR for giving us the garbage that is RR each week, especially when it was never asked for.
At least it reminds me each week were the delete button on my Podcast App is.
If RR is the best we can do in the Podcast space, then Rugby in Australia really is in a bad position.

After a review like that, I just have to check it out.

    • D. Braithwaite’s The Brumbies

Loved it this week: the lack of structure, coherence at times with the endless banter mixed in with some rugby analysis was a throwback to those great initial pods in 2016.

Boys, please keep this style going forward, don’t feel the need to be endlessly structured and boring. Be your own boss, this was some Hunter S Thompson gold this week.

      Why the hate brah

takes 5 seconds to make a post giving people shit… takes a lot more time and effort to actually put a podcast together.

The easy thing to do is just not listen to it!

Agree with the Braith…. don’t mind the looseness at all

      • Pearcewreck

        Yep, good points.
I’m definitely taking the easy option you mentioned.

I didn’t think that Higgers collapsed that maul. The issue is that because the referee issued a penalty try he had to yellow card someone, and I don’t think he knew who collapsed it, so Higgers was the unlucky victim.

    • T.edge

I think what happened is that the Reds sheared around the side and as the Brums drove through, Higgers thought that the ball carrier had broken away form the maul and tackled him. The referee deemed the ball still in the maul.
