Does this footage appear to be in slow motion to anyone else? Or was it very muddy under foot?
Good to see the gold jerseys finally get a win, albeit not much more than a training run.

I think the camera is from really high up or something…
Plus Gloc seemed to ‘walk’ when they knew the wallabies were gonna score.
Definately slow, England and Australia would be stupid to take anything away from this game.
Can someone explain why QC keeps getting the credit for the cross field kick when it is clearly Beale?

Its amazing that I have read three different reports on this match and you are the only one who noticed it was actually Beale who made that kick. Amazing. Pretty sad journalism.
Yeah, there was no replay screen at the ground and the kick was from the far corner of the ground from where the press were sat.
Human error.

Let the truth be known – Gagger made a human error in all the excitement of the wobblies actually crossing the try line “8:01 2m out and Aus win a penalty. QC cross kicks to Ryan X who scores. QC converts, 0-10 after 14mn” and all the other journos were following his exclusive live coverage and took it as fact. If it came from GAGR then it must right.

gags, i can see why you gave quade props for his performance. whether that cross field kick was him or not, his plays off the scrums were great. the way he released the backline made for some of the best set-piece work all year. admittedly, it was against glos though

Yea, I don’t take anything away from that, Gloucester didn’t look like a committed elite division team let alone a national team.
That said there’s every chance that England are no better.

Looked like some great improvisational angles, but yeah, don’t think we can take too much with this opposition.

Soft, but not muddy
