Agreed, White was poor but the Fijians came at us like bats out of hell. Absolutely brilliant first half display from them. If they had of been able to sustain it they would have put us away.

His chance might be he tried to wrap the left arm but got bumped. But the contact is definitely a problem, I think. From what I've seen so far.

Pocock has been awful. I think four penalties conceded.

Concerning that O'Keeffe hammered him. A couple were pretty line-ball in terms of supporting weight and / or timing, but teams will notice he got pinged a few times. I thought his general play and lasting 80 mins was pretty good though.

Much better and smarter in the second half. We used our superiority in the set pieces to grind Fiji down and control the game. Still some worrying signs though, especially our "interesting" tactics clearing the 22. That's some high risk stuff against a counter attacking team.

Interesting comment, well for starters he made more meters then Arnold and Naisarani in attack, he also topped the tackle count for the forward pack equal with Pocock. He also has a reasonable role to play in the scrum and lineout.

My question is, why is a lock leading the tackle count and beating backrowers in meters run.
