ten is a looming problem in need of a solution. Hopefully donaldson, edmed, passitoa and Gordon all get plenty of game time next year and we see growth.

Victim of uniforms being produced for the entire Australian Comm Games team. Some designer did a solid 5 mins on the Rugby Kit before moving onto the Race Walk.

I don't mind him and I'm happy to see him doing well.
Don't think he had much of a future here. Got a bit of Drew Mitchell about him in terms of not being the fastest or biggest but is always in the right place at the right time with a good footy brain. Seems he's landed in the right spot and fits the style Ireland play.

Players should least be able to play for NZ team's in super rugby and vice versa. I think this would potentially be an answer to make Aus teams stronger, and also watching non-domestic games more interesting.
If Hooper played for the Highlanders and Barrett for the Tahs, would make it more interesting. It just nicer currently watching derby games because we are more familiar with the Australian players.
The downside of coarse is, NZ just dominate the Aus teams will all there players in key positions and reduces the game time of developing players. Hopefully, this can be reduced by simply having teams favor home-grown players in their own development academies.

His running game is fine, same with Leota's. Even with the 'chariots of fire' style, it's effective. I think it's the breakdown accuracy and work that's lacking from our 6's.

Yeah he's cherry picked the forward in the English team that made the most meters across all 3 matches. He had a great series tbf but we've all used specific numbers to shape an argument in our favour.
Anyone can go to Rugby Pass and create a narrative out of the player match stats. Owen Farrell only had 8 Running meters on Rugby Pass for the entire series... Don't think they win without him

And while the counterpoint to those rugbypass stats is that they might be generally inflated, it only has Harry Wilson making averaging 1.7m in that test.

The outcome from the series certainly seems to be that we have a hole to fill at 6. Hooper and Valetini certainly seem pretty locked in at 7 and 8 and Samu as the bench backrower.
Leota had two tests and didn't really shine then Wilson struggled in the third.
Feels like there's a good chance Holloway gets a crack at 6.
