No they're not.

Reds aren't missing Slipper, Holmes, Fainga'a, Samo, Higginbotham, Fainga'a, Cooper, Genia, Harris, Ioane, Hanson

Doesn't matter, we win with what we have. NSW won with what they had untill tonight.

Injuries are part of rugby, yes the Tahs probably would of done better but that's not what happened. Move on people

Kearns' comment about Auckland bring cheats....how is he allowed to commentate Tahs games I'll never know
Yes, it embarrassing and unprofessional. If only Fox Sports provided the ability to turn the commentary feed off.

On topic: Bugger. Played so well for 25 mins and then the Blues applied the pressure. Got some decent possession and turned it into territory and pressure from which we couldn't negate. In those conditions it's like playing with one hand tied behind your back.

No shit buddy but don't try and claim the Reds had the same injury toll as the Tahs.

Kearns and Marto are a joke. Need to be replaced asap.

The Waratahs had made 9 lineout throws that were judged not straight before this game and made 3 more in this game.

20 Handling errors in this game. The Blues made 7 and Waratahs 13 with 9 in the Blues half.

I wasn't claiming that.
Agree on the commentators, I am so embaressed listening to them. I'd rather listen to the NZ commentators

Hmm, says it all really. I had confidence in Ulugia because he put in some good performances after that Cheetahs game but after the first not straight I knew we'd lost it.

Didn't get to watch it unfortunately, but was able to listen to the live audio stream on ABC. The Kiwi commentators were pretty even and fair, though there are a couple of ex-player dunces who invariably fluff everything they say.

By the sounds of it, the Blues should have put a whole lot more on the Tahs during the second half.

Why are you insisting one being a dickhead?

You're doing a fucking great job.

The Tahs injuries is like a work of satire. A fool can see that.

They played dumb tonight yes but the pill was like a piece of soap, Kurtley had a crap game (had to have on at some stage) and the Blues played a good tactical game.

No need to put the boot in.

BTW, I can't believe how nervous each team seemed in the opening 15 minutes. Reds should take note and try to avoid the same.

Injuries killed the Tahs but, jeez, their tactics and selections didn't help. Why was Holmes playing? Where was Alcock when the game was still there to be won? Their kicking performance was shocking and and passing almost as bad.

I thought the Tahs actually looked far better in the first 20-25 minutes than they did for the rest of the game. If they had maintained that style they would have won it.

Hell of an effort for them to get as far as they did with that injury toll, you have got to applaud the commitment.

For Moses record:
Official attendance 16100

I'd be surprised if there was 8 thousand there.

Pretty ordinary game, cripple fight in the end. Tah have really had a shocker with the injuries, but at the end of the day they did revert to the kick-it-away-cause-we-got-nothing-better-to-do game plan, and they didn't even execute that well.

I would have thought they would have left phil on for the last 20 and bought alcock on for timani?

Tahs depth was exposed in the 2nd half when the game wasn't going their way. But well done to a couple of the kids in there. A couple of those bench players could have futures at this level.

No counter attack going. Anesi has shown very very little as a Tah. Huge fall from the decent form he showed that actually got him a cap for the ABs.

Sorry Tah fans. Shame to see the season end that way for you boys. I have been hard on the injury excuse thing but the injuries you blokes suffered in that game were cruel. Although you didn't get the result, your boys went down putting up a good fight.

I was disapointed that Waugh was dragged. The game looked gone at that stage and it was not a fitting end far a team man of his calibre.

Funny how about ten mins later Ali Williams got pinged for hands in the ruck. (Neutral comment dont flame).

Bull shit with injuries, tars were shit.
Injuries are just an excuse for losing. The tars had there chances and kicked the ball away with there stupid chips kicks. Both teams couldn't hold onto the pill but the blues did at times and scored.
Excuses excuse tonight.
Maybe there should have been another NSW Rugby forum before this game. They might have played a touch better.
