Shute Shield is now the 4th tier. It used to be the 2nd 15+ years ago. What will happen to it? What should they do? What will happen to those clubs who arn't in the NRC?

I tried to register my 10 year old boy at 2 Randwick clubs and was told they were full. I was told that one boy had been trying to get into the club for 3 years. No boy should miss out. This is crazy I'm sold on the game but am forced into another sport. Registration should be centralized...
