    As a winner of multiple medals, it’s an absolute travesty that the subbies presentation night was canned. It was a highlight for many years that you would try make your money back in beer before being removed from the venue.

    At Concord. Epping in a very defensive battle against Newport. Got up with a Penalty on the bell. Well Deserved premiers Newport too strong in Blunt. Petersham kept coming but the breakers were too good in the end. Pats up early in Colts

    Given the level of Barraclough this year, the 4th placed 2nd grade side may not have been as competitive. Why not just be supportive that a club struggling for numbers to start the year has had a little bit of success that will keep it around for a few more years at least?

    It’s only gross from an outsiders perspective if clubs wanted an easy 50-0 win across every grade rather than a contest. Every grade and game has been close in the season indicating that’s it’s the right level.

    I played a Lindfield Ladies day a few years ago. We were stuck behind the posts a few times in the first 20 minutes. Not sure the team was watching the conversions or the tent behind us

    Full… 4 players on Saturday started that played 1’s last year, two of which can’t commit each week. Most played 3rd grade last year.

    Savers also seemed to hurt themselves late in 2022 by deciding to ignore a lot of their committed players to play the superstars that were only around for 3-4 games of the year hoping for trophies that didn’t come
