I'd agree with this. As someone who didn't give a flying fuck who won last night, I thought both were good, albeit with some differences in their strengths. Not the same type of player, but both offering plenty of upside. Just quietly, I reckon if Wilson had Valetini-hair, he'd stand out more...

From the little I have watched this year, he looks like (frustrating) Petaia from a couple of years back - occasional moments of very good interspersed with loose, high-risk rubbish. Checked out to League mentally.

Why? He's fast, he's strong, he's skilful and he executes his core roles extremely well. Not sure he'd be more effective with an extra 5-10kg.

He's not far off the mark - first 9 rounds they won 5, lost 4 then won from there on. The loss to the Brumbies was earlier in that first nine though.
