I would think he would/should always penalise it KOB, should be wherever it happens. I actually not keen on the law , same as having to take hand off a tackled player, I like that players have a good chance of turning over the ball.

I still think Wallabies probs are fairly easy fixes. Just be a more proactive on defense. I wouldn't be overly surprised if they switch the result. AB's certainly not looking on top of their game this year. Wallabies still look to me as a team on the up.
