Rugby Championship 2025: South Africa v Australia

Like you,it took me a while to work out the "Bees" meant Wallabies.I must say I have never heard them referred to as that, just as mystifying as the comment about JAS.If you can't see his quality, then I doubt your qualifications to judge.

Rugby Championship 2025: South Africa v Australia

I would say Kellaway is a certainty to come in.I didn't think his form this year was up to his previous standard, but he was excellent when he came on.

Wallabies v Lions Game 2 MCG 26 July

As you say,Lynagh defends well in the line for the Reds,so perhaps that's what he should be doing for the Wallabies? He wouldn't get taken out in the air by Curry then!

Wallabies v Fiji, Sunday, 6 July, 1:30pm @ McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle

I couldn't believe them continually showing the angle which did make it look like a forward pass and only a couple of times showing the ball coming backwards out of the hands. As you say,if it has to be looked at that closely then surely we just rely on the refs call.

    Ireland v Wallabies - Sunday 1 Dec, 2:10 AEDT

Even Richie was criticised by a lot of Kiwis!

Wales v Australia, Monday 18 November 3:10am AEDT

He does a lot of other good things, though!A very smart rugby brain.

Australia v NZ. Bledisloe Cup Series 2024. Sep 21, Sep 28

Interesting that kick for goal decision by the Wallabies. The commentators said it was a good decision to take the 3,but then praised the All Blacks when they did the opposite just before half time(Harrison did say,let us wait and see if it is a good decision!).I also thought we were a good...

Australia v NZ. Bledisloe Cup Series 2024. Sep 21, Sep 28

I think the vast majority of Wallaby fans thought like you.I know I did and was very tempted to leave the pub where I was watching it,only I had just ordered another beer!

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

Maybe it was the right angle for the crowd lasers?

    Where I reside the times are not too bad.Boks v AB's at 10 pm,grab 5 hours sleep,then Argies v Wallabies at 5 am.Hope I am not wishing I had ignored the alarm,watching the Wallabies!

    Wallabies 2024

If you take any notice of most Kiwis commenting on this, they think it's a good move by Robertson.McDonald didn't actually set the world on fire with Auckland, when he was coaching with Joe.

    Wallabies 2024

True, but I happen to think he is a good writer too.He always has a different slant on things to the run of the mill rugby writers.Obviously doesn't appeal to everyone, but that's life.We all have our own preferences.

    Wallabies 2024

That's good to hear,as he has always come across as a decent bloke to me,too.I was a little surprised to see the criticism here about him.He always responds well to comments on his articles even when not complimentary to him.I am just envious of his rugby watching lifestyle and he seems to like...

    Wallabies 2024

He is most definitely a South African! I must be the odd one out, because I actually enjoy his writing. He does tend to rave on a bit but they are a bit different to the run of the mill rugby articles. He sure does get around to a few games.

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

Yes,you couldn't see Richie replacing Beauden Barrett in the All Blacks around that time.Gave him the chance to develop his game.
