Would love to see Aloys get a win, they might need one soon otherwise the CAS 1st XV could become a 5 school competition.
Barker Cranbrook and Trinity games against eachother were very close, though this is the first season in a while it has happened. Lets not forgot the amount of points Barker put on Trinity and Cranbrook last year.
I believe what RedOrDead means, is that these tight score-lines and nail-biting...
With quite an interesting and competitive 16A's season shaping up (with Knox and Barker playing for the title this weekend), and Cranbrook who held both teams to a close score. As well, as an incredibly close First XV competition this year (with the possibility of a three way joint premiership)...
Recent news has surfaced as the linesman that overturned the refs decision from a Cranbrook penalty to a Barker try was the Barker hookers father (Keegan Daly, 2).
In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a match of such high calibre. Surely this says something about the consistency of CAS...

Absolute heartbreak for Cranbrook. As a mutual fans perspective, I do think the ref helped Waverley get back into the game, not more could’ve been done for Cranbrook.
An exceptional game non the less, both teams were full of quality
It would make the combined CAS/ISA comp very entertaining (for some schools) but It will ruin the rich history and culture that a lot of us grew up with.
Perhaps the CAS and ISA competition are due for a change.....
