    Rugby 7s general chat

Southwell named nrlw rookie of the year & led her side to a premiership today. Will prob go to the RLWC. Nrlw is still very part time, there maybe 12 better players playing 7's atm but now is the time to sign her to a full time gig! let her go play in the world cup but get her back for the hsbc...

    Rugby 7s general chat

now would be the perfect time to do a 6 week block tournament leading into the world series. I personally think we need to more lean towards an nrc type model of 8 teams. If we go down state path it would be almost as un-competitive as super w atm.

Australia A v Japan XV matches

I would go as far as saying our bench was near excellent, for me 4 of the 7 were brilliant. MN nothing short of perfect, HH & RS were both really good as keeping the momentum of the set piece & BW was strong in contact in both def & attack & got himself a meat pie AH considering where he was at...

Yeah they do but with the lack of funds its generally target. Porecki was a target as Kerevi is now but its very limited

Australia A - Back on the Cards

Agreed, but a lot cheaper for a union millions of dollars in debt to send 30 players to japan for 3 weeks than paying 8 teams for 7 weeks.

Fair I see your point, he has gone backwards a bit this year maybe inj not sure. Hopefully all 4 get a run over the 3 games

He'll get a run at some point over the 3 games you'd think, I'm more surprised that FD got the starting spot ahead of MN
