    Rd 8: Rebels v Highlanders - Sat 13th

It looked close to simultaneous to me too. Even in @ACR capture he looks to be applying pressure with his fingers on the ball already (ie. has control), so doesn't matter if it's touching the grass tops.

Well done Rebels. That was a good win. That was a decent gash on Kemeny's cheek. Kellaway continues to look really sharp and is my pick for Wallabies fullback. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) had a really good game and must be pushing for Wallabies consideration. Agree with @Dctarget, Louwrens had a great game. Tupou his...

Lifting the ball as you look around followed by a flop of a pass... yeah, he's not looking great.

... I keep telling you, AAMI park slopes downhill at that end ;)

We all know AAMI park slopes downhill at that part of the field ;) (was surprised not called a knock on)

Don't disagree, but the seven's players often just seem to be able to do the basics consistently at pace (passing, catching, footwork into contact etc), coupled with good awareness of what's around them. I feel like the burst nature of sevens coupled with the impact of errors in that game just...

Agree. And also, how good has the seven's program been in developing talent. Toole, Lancaster etc.

Round 8: Moana Pasifika v Qld Friday April 12

Missed this game last night and just caught up. What a mess of a game. Kiss and the coaches can't be happy with that performance at all. Plus two Reds out with Red's now to deal with. Not sure what's caused the change but they really seem to be struggling to bring it all together. There were...

Waratahs v Crusaders, Friday 12th April, in Sydney

Well, I really enjoyed that game. Missed it last night as out but got to watch the replay this morning, what a nail biter at the end. So happy for Will Harrison after the year or two he's had. He's looking good and I think in the long run he'll leapfrog Edmed, he adds more and is less of a...

... I'm just not a fan of spruiking young players before they have a consistent body of work. He does it all the time.

I've been impressed by Tamati Tua this season for the Brumbies.
