    Round 7: Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 6th 7.35PM AEDT @ GIO Stadium

Hope Bell has a backup plan because he seems to be a magnet for injury, poor guy. Not sure that teams can afford to have him in their contracted squad if they start to worry about him getting through a season.

Rd 7: Auckland Blues vs Western Force, Fri, April 5 2024

Beale's experience could be beneficial to the team but if he crabs sideways, misses tackles and then gestures wildly at his teammates like they were the ones who let the team down then it won't help the Force. As has been noted by others it's forwards they are needing.

Rd 7: Auckland Blues vs Western Force, Fri, April 5 2024

When a team with the current Wallaby 9 and 10, plus a couple of backs in Stewart and Kenzie who are talked up as future reps, and the experience of Spink and Tiatia, not to mention Sam Carter and Tom Horton, can only score 3 points yet concede 50 then it is concerning. These are experienced...

    Round 5 : Force v Reds - Perth

If I was coaching against the Reds I would get my team to attack down Vunivalu's wing constantly, his defensive alignment is poor, he comes off his wing too much and joins rucks that don't need him. His tackling is not very effective either.

Round 4 : Rebels v Reds. Friday Night (Melbourne)

Was watching Tupou in defence and he was just watching and moving sideways, only joined a ruck when it was pointless and no impact. If he goes to the NH he will get a rude awakening with what is expected of front rowers in work.

Round 4 : Rebels v Reds. Friday Night (Melbourne)

Tupou leaving the Reds has worked out well for Qld, not Melbourne. Fairly anonymous this game, now replaced in 1st half. ROI not looking good

    Liam Wright looking sharp.

Agreed, was just thinking Henry is looking so powerful.

Round 4 : Rebels v Reds. Friday Night (Melbourne)

Feel that Reds are just going to open them up, making a lot of metres.

I think LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) is the ex Red to watch, seems very active and strong.

    Queensland Reds 2024

Agree Reg, however I have noticed that he seems surprisingly easy to bring to ground for such a big man. Also his off the ball work seems to be being on the back of rucks where he isn't much value, I would prefer he was ranging off the ruck to take a pass and use his power to get over the gain line.

Round 3: Reds vs Chiefs, 6:45pm AEST - Saturday 9th of March @ Suncorp

Great effort by both teams. Reds did well to hold on at the end, very good defence. Surprised that Faagase didn't get carded for that head clash.

Super Rugby: Rd 2. NSW Waratahs v Crusaders, Sat Mar 2

Well done Tahs. Gee Jake Gordon has some speed. I hope that this win gives them some confidence and takes some pressure off the coach. Surprised Hanigan wasn't starting, he was good when he came on.

Vunivalu likes piling into rucks, and yes he is a big body, but sometimes it would be better to have your powerful winger out on the wing to take a pass from the ruck rather than being stuck in there. Much rather see Jock out there, just seems a smart footballer. Agree with comments on Flook...
