A different perspective... I believe Barker has taken a large squad over to Japan. As a parent, if I'm spending money on sending my son a Rugby trip to Japan, I sure as sh!t expect that he'll get a reasonable amount of game time.

I believe they've had 5 or 6 opens teams most years, but yes, player numbers are down over all of the age groups. I'm sure the demographics of The Hills and surrounding areas are changing, but I think you'll find there are other reasons why numbers are down at Oakhill.

Another player from the 2024 State Championship Winning Two Blues team. Good to see he is doing doing well at Knox... and I believe has moved to Lindfield/Gordon this year.

It appears that a significant number of U16 players from both Joeys and View may not be playing in club rugby this year. Mosman may not be fielding a U16 team, and if so, increasingly unlikely that Norths will be represented at the State Championships, which would be a travesty given the strong...

I believe they have played 3. Against Canberra, Joeys and Oakhill

Yes, which would have made for a closer game but who knows if they would have been able to beat a dominate Barker side which should take out the CAS title this year.

Yes, I did watch last season. I also watched the Under 15 State Champs, Sydney Regionals, U15 Waratah Next Gen & U15 Gen Blue, so feel I know which team has the cattle to win. The only question is how many of the u16 boys end up playing in the Opens or are ruled out because of injury. I accept...

I didnt watch the game but Brock Prideaux was probably on the wing. He's been playing great footy in the U18 Waratahs side.

In that case Hayden Lavercombe is also an Oakhill boy:)
