    Southern Inland Rugby 2021

Albury have gained some extra talent and are looking very sharp, pretty sure they were not at full strength but still played some exciting rugby. Nice side step by you Bubba, City are looking equally good and will no doubt be there or there abouts at the money end of the season. Big thanks to...

NRC SF: Canberra Vikings v Fijian Drua, Sunday 20 October, 3pm AEDT

Pigs a little bit under powered (should hold up) but a seriously potent backline. This will make for great open game.

NRC Rd 6: Canberra Vikings v Sydney, 12pm 5 October

Is Miller injured, started well than seemed to get a knock in an attempted tackle, certainly not strong in the rucks, maybe get Enever on for Swain as he is whinging around a bit with his thumb and get Allen on for Miller, add some metal in the ruck.

Watched Ag play Phantoms, my goodness credit where credit is due, Ag college were brilliant. Their structure and communication was outstanding, yes they have some talent but their strength was in their team play and cohesion. Hats off to the coaches. I am hoping that they have peaked.... somehow...

    Southern Inland Rugby 2018

Second round and the winners from last week may well be the top four come finals: Predictions form for tomorrow; City to dominate reddies by 20+ Griffith to be worried by the Aggies tenacity but should still win comfortably 15+ Leeton to burn Tumut out wide but will struggle in tight, phantoms...

    Southern Inland Rugby 2018

Very excited for the start of the season, results for this weekend: Griffith over City by 30+ Bulls will put a few on the Reddies but I reckon Reddies will hold their own for a good part of the game. Steamers will be full of confidence but will cop a touch up from the Phantoms (here is hoping...

Canberra Vikings - Offical NRC Team Thread

Having witnessed the GF, Cussack and Allen would make for a very dynamic back row partnership. Put some raging angry no8 in there and it makes for a good balance.

    2017 Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

I've not seen the game, only read reports and this forum. I did take the time to go through the game stats as provided by rugby.com, from the stats alone it looked as though the boys really dominated every part of the game yet the score board suggests otherwise. Were we playing lateral again...

Not a single hard on baller in the 23. Wright is a good player no question but not an out and out number 7. Some excellent players in the backline, let's hope they can put it together with only a couple of days together. Had a look at the Welsh scrum, is going to be a very exciting challenge for...

Sam that was a cracking write up for this weekends round, good job. We are really looking forward to the game against City, particularly Stu'y, coming for you big fella. Great bloke, great competitor. Any news as to when Siru squad is named?

What an absolute joke. 80 something nil to Aussies. Couple of good players (brims 20s) and the rest were kick about colts and second graders. Exactly what we didn't need.

    Southern Inland Rugby 2017

10 years or more the Phantoms got pummelled, not going so bad the last few years. I don't like CSU, but they will be back no problems. Judiciary set a heavy precedence especially after a quick look at the refs report re Simon T... no problem so long as they are consistent the full season and...

    2017 Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

Well done to all the boys, few changes there, good to see some of the lads who didn't have a great game get given more time to gel. Hewitt was absolutely busted when he came off against Fiji, hope he still got some go in those legs. Thumper I am not sure your seeing the whole picture. My lad...

    2017 Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

Couple of good changes in that side for no other reason than to see a different style of rugby ie, Swinton, Swain a good hard working rugged second row. Allen coming into the backrow makes it a very aggressive and certainly abrasive trio, it will be a competition between the to Angus's to see...
