I have one simple question. Why are GPS teams only picked after 1 competition round rather than at the end of the season when boys have had a chance to show what they are truly made of? If this was the case, we certainly would have seen more Shore boys in the GPS1 squad this year. Mind you...
When I pick my son up from Northbridge, I often see the 3s and 16As running against each other. Seems to be pretty dominant for the 3s, but 16As certainly give them a good crack.
INP, great summaries all year round. No doubt I looked forward to reading them every week.
Shore can only have themselves to blame this season I reckon. A good way to label it would be what could have been. They had some great wins, such as Riverview in which they won in the final minutes with...
Great predicitions P&D.
I like the Shore results in particular, as well as Joeys and Kings in the 3rds. Shore will be strong and firing on all fronts and looking to take home the points and finish the succesful season on a high. Joeys will be gutted after not being able to beat View last week...
Great performance by Shore. Although a somewhat sloppy first half with some missed tackles here and there, the Shore boys rallied together and proved to display a dominant second half leading the scoreline 23-12. Moment of the match was the Shore five-eighths 50/22 late in the second half...
I agree entirely LM. He was excellent around the park, giving great service and kicking excellently. He was always placing pressure on the entire View team, and definetly shows he should have been selected in a rep team. His drop goal was the moment of the match for me, slotting it from 40m out...

As the game was not on Cluch, I was lucky that I was at the match. How much of a difference do you think those 3 players would have made? Shore were dominant in all aspects and played some of their best rugby so far this season. No doubt that they would have more wins this season if they...
I think people are underappreciating Shore's performances in all grades yesterday. The 3s came into their game and dominated from the start, playing champagne rugby that was pretty to watch, taking down TAS 54-7. The 2s were back and forth all game, with Shore looking to seal a 22-21 win until a...
