Keep in mind that the Colts comp was an U20s..and this team is U19s... So many 1st colts teams had the bulk of their players too old for this NSW 19s team - its tough to make a direct comparison. All but 3 of the Warringah winning team are too old for the 19s comp. Not sure its a valid comparison.

The plan come October/Nov for the U19s (lead up to next years 20s) is for all the states to play each other over approx 5 weeks. This enables all the selectors to see boys play against each other prior to them picking boys for camps in 2023. (This was supposed to happen last year but covid...)
Agreed J Black is a talent. He plays 3 (not 1...unless he has changed this year?) I haven't seen barker this year. is D Yadzani playing better than Black this year?

The AUs v NZ games are still on the calendar the Gen Blue program distributed. Hopefully the NZ travel bubble will continue and allow those boys a chance to play. It does seem NSW rugby is trying to get all eligible players involved - School & Club, including those boys finished school. Late...
From what I am hearing - Shores prep has been a big light on...Athletics def took priority, and they have played no trial games at all. For most boys the weekend was the first time they had played since 2019. There is a new coach at 1st XV level, but he didn't start until toward the end of Term...
