Gen blue process needs a complete overhaul, as do the coaches & selectors. Its a flawed system when players are willing to play 2nds & 3rds for Uni or Randwick rather than 1sts in other clubs, knowing full well they wont be considered for rep teams if they don't. It appears there is a lack of...
Its my understanding at the start of the 2016 season Josh Noonan offered his services to Gordon after a game against Randwick. It was on condition he was guaranteed the colts1 halfback position. gordon declined as they were well serviced in the 9 position.
Could not agree more with this comment. It would appear that just because time is invested in these select few players, no one else is given the opportunity to compete at the next level. Players develop skills, physicality and maturity at different times, therefore it is hard to believe that...

Just like this years GPS competition I think selections will be strongly contested and too close to call and will go down to the wire.
Will selectors just look at past reputations which was helped forged by players who have moved on, or will they look at the current form of players and teams...
Enjoyed the TSC v New game today, Scots started well with a couple of tries but New were patient and took their oppurtunties when presented. Some good performances from both sides with Scots 8 Girdler and 15 McLachlan with some nice touches. Both 9s Strang for Scots and Long for New were strong...
