    Sydney Subbies 2025

Wouldn’t put Newport up there, they can’t field a 5th grade side. Not to mention a large majority of their 4th grade side also played an entire game of Colts.

Good start, ref doesn't know new laws of no scrum from free kicks.

Good on McKellar taking a half strength forward pack has worked

Look I'm not one to bag out refereeing decisions, but am I watching the same game as this ref? Blatant obstructions. A Drua player who was 60m in front of the kicker, never retreated and was never put onside by the kicker and its a Fiji scrum.

    Shute Shield Colts 2025

Lets get to the nitty gritty. Backrows win you competitions. Who has the best backrow in Colts.

    Sydney Subbies 2025

This statement is not entirely true. Gordon has had a great partnership with Subbies clubs in recent years, with in 2020 sending their 4th colts to filter into the St Ives colts program during the season. Last year this was continued with Gordon sending colts players that weren't listed for...

    Shute Shield Colts 2025

will be interesting to see a certain clubs player points once those players are back. I reckon we’ll see another year of player point fudging to get them over the line.

    League Targets

I wouldn't say he's totally far off. Total revenue generated by RWC23 in France was $871m Euros which equates to roughly $1.5B AUD, with the previous World Cup the most watched continued growth in Rugby and a holiday to Aus. I wouldn't be surprised with we surpass a $2B benchmark. However you...

    League Targets

With Kearns openly discussing revenue potentials for RWC27 (noting that figure of 250m per pool that he stated. With 24 teams and setting 4 pools of 6 a total of $1b revenue before the quarters/semi/final), is now not the time to take out some more of those loans that RA loves paying off and...

    Waratahs 2025

Matt Philip signing with Rugby Australia and the Tahs until 27. Will be interesting too see if he will be able to slot right into the current Tahs makeup, we are lacking quality 2 rowers.

    Sydney Subbies 2025

I've noticed plenty of Div 1 clubs are venturing out of Sydney to kick off the trials campaign. Could this be due to the earlier start for Div 2 along with an uncharacteristic Easter Break right before round 1? I think it's safe to say with ANZAC day falling on a Friday this year, most of the...

    Shute Shield Colts 2025

Will be interesting to see Eastern Suburbs player points for this upcoming Colts season, noting that they have 5 listed in the above Aus 20s squad. Without mention of the 10 odd who represented the Tahs 19s in last year's Super Rugby 19s competition.
