The problem with the best 8 rowers is, that you would have to consider the side the athlete rows on and if they are willing to put the time in for a shot at worlds.

I can understand why predictions would put Kings in 3rd, I can see a lot of reliance on the JNR Viii rowers. I am certainly excited for the dog fight between Shore and View next year and potentially Kings in the 1st VIII.
What a Nail bitter of a race, a great race from the TSS boys, leading for 1990m and Kings just getting their bow ball over the line first. Great efforts from View, joeys and Shore in 3rd, 4th and 5th.
Overall a great season of racing from all schools, Bring on the 2024-25 Season!

Do we have any predictions for the two heats this afternoon in the SB8+? Will Joey back up their HOTR win? TSS Show their dominance against the AAGPS boys?

I honestly can't say I see Newington having that much of a dominant 1st and 2nd junior VIII. Yes, they had dominant quaddies, but this doesn't always transfer into the VIII's.
I would also say that Shore may have a slightly better chance in the 2nd Viii than Kings, having almost all year 11...
