    Sydney Colts - 2015

Quick hands. Just got off the phone with someone very much in the know at Hawkesbury, and they are still affiliated with Penrith, but have been trying very hard to return to their roots at Parra. There are obviously a number of "speed bumps", including SJRU. They haven't been happy with what has...

Don't disregard Parra, who should pick up the points (5) against Wests and after only going down by 2 points in the last minutes against Easts in round one, should reverse the result at home in the last round. Especially with the team now being more settled - as the last 7 weeks of results indicate.

Must have missed that post - Thanks. It certainly doesn't surprise me.

    Sydney Colts - 2015

Quick Hands, this may very well have been the case, mainly due to a particular element moving on from the club and the dissatisfaction with the move to Penrith in the first case. It doesn't surprise me and there will be quite a bit of rebuilding required to get Hawkesbury back to the days when...

    Sydney Colts - 2015

Many of them certainly were Parra juniors, playing for Hawkesbury and Rooty Hill. Both John Lomax and Stuart Matthews (ex Parra) coached them. Without giving details, I can say there certainly were interesting reasons why this group of boys left and went to Penrith from Hawkesbury and Rooty Hill...

    Sydney Colts - 2015

Parra are certainly on the move, with the Bye next week and then Wests. The last round against Easts at home (Parra lost by 2 points last time, and were up 3 minutes from the whistle). The same 15-17 players keep doing it each week and have done for 6-7 weeks Our number 10 is O/S at the moment...

    Sydney Colts - 2015

Dear Ryan09, the Mighty TB certainly did give the Wicks a run for their money. A converted try in the last minute made the score a little more respectable for Randwick, and there were many times after phase after phase that Parra went close to taking the lead in the 2nd half. Both forwards and...

    Sydney Colts - 2015

Watch this space for a much closer contest with Parra v Wicks. Parra have been on the improve big time and with the stability of the same 15-17 players are a chance at an upset!! Very much a different backline than round 4 and in that round the Parra forwards were as good, even better that...
