Kye Oates

14 was Kye Oates based on Brumbies instagram post. He trained over last pre-season also. Jack Condon is an openside and the guy that was poleaxed from the side late in the second half.

22 was Austin Anderson. Great unders line for his try. Anyone know the No 14 that come on to replace Ben O'D early in the 1st half? White headgear and long dark hair. He wasn't on the team sheet.

Tom Ross is another following his stint at the Tahs. Abra, Wagner, Lloyd and Lemisio all have history with the Brums. Surely this is where RA centralisation comes into play?? ;)

In their place comes under 19s sensation Tevita Alatini - but he is sidelined for the bulk of the Super Rugby campaign after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament. Then there is Harry Vella..... His 2025 campaign is all but wiped out in a cruel blow for a promising prop who missed the 2023...

Hudson Creighton is a good squad filler and not a rookie. You're right though, on current path he might only have another year. I'd take McLeod over Austin Anderson any day of the week.

The centres are stocked...I'm not sure how you fit McLeod in (not that he doesn't deserve it)

Not too bad. He didn't take the line on a lot (typical halfback playing out of position). The good part was the width on the attack - he threw some bullets that got the ball out to the back three quickly. McLeod's a gun. Reminds me of Latrell Mitchell - he should have a contract next year in...

Where is Angus Staniforth off to?

He has a similar style to Tamati Tua. I haven't seen a lot but he didn't stand out in the local comp this year (only played a few games from memory). I would have preferred Joe Wadman or Jakob Biet for the development centre role.

Surely Brumbies sign Angus Staniforth after his U19s performances recently?? There isn't a lot of wing coverage and Ben O'D is recovering from knee surgery.
