I wouldnt discount Waverley this year. If what I hear is true that they had a few out because apparently playing jail rugby for a club trumps playing for your school, they will be a serious force.
How does a school like Alos (for example) compete with NRL signed players who are given paid schooling by the mungos..

Given they demolished Shore with seemingly half the team missing, I don't think anyone would be discounting them

Are Oakhill missing some of their players due to league?

Yes, which would have made for a closer game but who knows if they would have been able to beat a dominate Barker side which should take out the CAS title this year.

The standout feature for Barker this year is Harrison Dene's goal kicking. He is slotting them consistently from wide out. That will become a critical asset when we come up against the powerhouses of Waves and Knox

depending on the score of cranbrook v shore, it gives some insight on how cranbrook may go this year as waverly won 40-7 last week
