maybe in finals i know they dont want the smokeDon't think there's any rematch in term 3, it's just the top 3 ISA side play the top 3 CAS sides (and second 4 v second 3) but games already played in each group still count.

Agreed. Speaks to the strength of the competition as a wholeI am hearing a lot about kinross being unlucky this season which is definitely true but i also cant look away from the fact that stannies has been also, loosing just after the buzzer against pius and only missing a kick to win it against st pats, and in the first half of both auggies and oakhill showed some real competition, i think this weekend will be a really close game i cant even tell who will win it!!!
oakhill demolioshing pats in 16s is all we need to know, the courage of the team is unstobableAgreed. Speaks to the strength of the competition as a whole
I'm trying to find out how this all works but I've been told that once the crossover games with CAS have been played, then there will be a semi and final for ISA teams only (and I dont know if this is for all grades or just the As). Whether the crossover games points will be used to tally who plays who i cant work out. I suspect not - so if that's the case, the finishing order after this Saturday will determine the ISA semi finalists.Don't think there's any rematch in term 3, it's just the top 3 ISA side play the top 3 CAS sides (and second 4 v second 3) but games already played in each group still count.
Oakhill are no match for the Auggies boys. Got lucky out at Oak after a poor auggies performance, Im sure it wont happen again.oakhill augs remacth in the under 16s is gonna be the macth of the year
auggies were no macth hahahah first of all shocking kicking, had a penatlty goal right in front missed both, couldnt handle the steam roll from the fowards lead by the beast of a number 8 and the precision from number 10 i promise augs will get pumped next timeOakhill are no match for the Auggies boys. The crossover games have no impact on the ISA competition. It's a seperate competition. The ISA finishing order after this Saturday locks in the semifinalists for the ISA playoffs. The ISA playoffs are for all the grades. There is even play off games for the teams that don't make the top 4. Everyone is travelling to Stannies for the semi's and Gregs for the grand finals.I'm trying to find out how this all works but I've been told that once the crossover games with CAS have been played, then there will be a semi and final for ISA teams only (and I dont know if this is for all grades or just the As). It's all a bit up in the air at the moment and to be honest, given that this is year one of this new format, I suspect there will be issues but it will be intriguing nonetheless.
Thanks very much for this. It will be great for the smaller schools to have their moment too.The crossover games have no impact on the ISA competition. It's a seperate competition. The first past the post doesn't count this year. The ISA added the semis and finals so there is a proper finale to the season. Thanks very much for this. It will be great for the smaller schools to have their moment too.
So really, Isa rugby this year is 3 comps...
1) first past the post
2) casisa cup
3) Isa semis and finals
I kind of wish the crossover games meant something more (other than bragging rights). We'll see how it ends up.
Looking forward to it regardless.
Semis for the Top 4 ISA teams will be held at Stannies after the CAS cross over games. The GF's will be at St Gregory's.I'm trying to find out how this all works but I've been told that once the crossover games with CAS have been played, then there will be a semi and final for ISA teams only (and I dont know if this is for all grades or just the As). Pius went down 33-35 to St AugsLet's hear some results guys
Wooooow! That close!!!Pius went down 33-35 to St Augs
Also note this - Kinross 3rds Played Stannies 4ths and Kinross 4ths played Stannies 5ths (Scots All Saints Firsts Lost to Stannies 3rds and thus the matches fell in this way there after.)Full time at Hogwarts. Stannies coming the away with the win 35-12. Shout out to Kinross 3rd and 4th grade though. 3rd Grade won I think around 45-10 (Kinross Way) and 4ths won 62-5 (Kinross Way).
I know they (Opens & 16s) had training today at BMGS, so shouldn't be far away. When are the ISA 1st and 2nd XV teams being announced?
They are just finalising the final teams after several injuries across the weekend.I know they (Opens & 16s) had training today at BMGS, so shouldn't be far away
