All Blacks v France 2025

Ma théorie personnelle est que Robertson sélectionne des battlers qui lui rappellent lui-même.
Absolutely

fffs, aside from the height of Dogshot Finau they're all 6-foot nothing scurriers.
Loose forwards: Samipeni Finau, Ardie Savea, Du'Plessis Kirifi, Wallace Sititi, Luke Jacobson
Hoskins Sotutu should be there on his lineout skills alone.

6 Akira
7 D.Paps
8 Hoskins

What part of "Killdozer Boomfatown Route 1 Escargot Entree" does Razor not understand?

Probably "Entree". In fairness to Razor it's meaning has evolved a bit over time and whether or not it means first course or main course varies quite a bit around the world now.

I suspect Simon Parker (currently injured) is the guy with size that will come into the squad later this year.

I actually like the move of Kirifi over Papalii - Kirifi is an excellent breakdown operator - I want to see if he can bring this to the test arena - Papalii doesn't have a natural position unfortunately - like Blackadder he's hybrid loosie.

Playing Japan this Saturday in 35 degree/100% humidity Tokyo? Bit of an ask.....

D.Paps, ffs, quite the fall from grace for someone who seemed heir apparent to Cane and possible AB captain material a couple of years ago.

KiwiM, due to these 2 deviant comments you are hereby **EXPELLED** from the GAGR Chapter of The Auckland Blues Mafia for the rest of the day.

The word is that Parker would've been there except for injury, wasn't named on list because he not a current AB. Honest truth is he was probably first loosie they wanted after Ardie.

Good selections based on form, and might quell some of the crusaders bias cries, though Blues supporters will be feeling a bit aggrieved. I continue to have high hopes for DP, but he has been a bit underwhelming this season, and it looks like Sotutu is so far offside with the selectors he’ll never be able to do enough.
Tavatavanawai an exciting prospect, but it feels like we’re stealing him from Fiji.
Tupaea earned his spot over Havili. Still not convinced Kirifi can foot it at international level.
I get Dog root‘s selection but he can be an ill disciplined meat head.

Looks like an interesting season ahead!

Looks like the gameplan is No.s 1 - 6 do the grunt work up the middle while 7 & 8 work a bit wider to help get the back-3 on the outside of the rush D everyone uses against us these days.

the XV i want to see....

1 Tamaiti Williams,
2 Taukei’aho
3 Tyrel Lomax (a BIG front row)

4 Scrote Barrett (the most tenured of the tenured needs a rocket. hope he gets in an opposed training lineout drill punchup with Holland)
5 Tupou Vaa’i

6 Sititi (would rather have Lakai. Wallace the new kid had a "breakout" year yet I still think his best asset is his big match temperament)
7 Kirifi
8 Ardie (trio is way too short but Dogshot Finau at 6 can get fucked)

9 Cam Roigard
10 Love. (Canes connection. Barrett & DMac are known qualities here, the new kid needs a run. Also if France are playing silly buggers with sending down B-team blokes then fuck em, ABs should try out a few new fullaz too)

12 TT
13 Proctor (Jordie/Rieko another failed experiment that needs to be shot into the sun. Zero inroads made on attack in years)

11 Clarke
14 Rieko
15 Jordan. (dangerous looking back 3. Jordie/Beaudie/Dmac can try their luck off the bench)

Pretty disappointing from the French. I bolded the only 4 players who played in France's most recent 6N match. 3 of those 4 have 10 caps or less.

I really hope the All Blacks absolutely annihilate the French and teach them to stop playing silly fuckers with test rugby. I find this so bleak. It's a true B side.
