The answer is YES, the reffing between the central west area and the Sydney region is vastly different and I'm shocked to know you think it isn't. Like

Factors come into play, like skill, and to be honest, bias does play a factor. I made that comment in regard to that ref being from Bathurst as I assumed thats where he was from, and as most people on this forum would agree refs from Bathurst who typically ref Stannies game, don't have the best wrap. I don't look to start an argument but for you to think that there isn't a difference between the style of reffing in the central west area to the Sydney region, mate thats audacious.

Just wanted to point out theres actually a rule in World Rugby where home-nation refs aren't allowed to officiate if their home-nation are playing. Quite smart isn't it ?
