such a similar story to other schools unfortunately: and the real stakeholders (fee paying parents) who love rugby are seemingly not of the scale or volition to attempts in reversing the trends.... it's the non-rugby parents who want more sports (or sport to be non compulsory), and total parity (eg training tops, hoodies), on offer that are seemingly heard the loudest (but I'd argue that the investment per student is actually higher for smaller sports, than the traditional sports, as they can't amortise the costs like rugby, and say, basketball do....)
