That is a good thing.True, in that he didn’t have his best game… but then he came on in the Wales game and was instrumental in the comeback win.
Anyways, he and someone else who shouldn’t be named are not playing this week…

Is it true italy is a threat to the Wallabies, I thought this would be a comfortable match for them.
I think they will win easily. Carter Gordon to get the ball to our strike force backs and Jake Gordon to be told to not box kick at all. Australia by at least 20.Australia should win...but it will be far from comfortable.
Surely this is motivation enough to stack the team full strength. If we win by at least 16 we go to 6th
Reg 9How come ikitau is available for italy but was denied against England?
whats that?Reg 9
whats that?
I will question Schmidt's coaching ability if Jake starts and box kicks the sh.t out of it again. Hope Lonergan starts with Carter and we run the ball. Also, minimal pick and drives...
World Rugby approved Test Match window that players have to be released for. Australia keeps booking matches outside the window 'cause we need the money. UK and French teams don't have an issue because their players all play domestically they control their own competitions, releasing their players even if the match is outside the reg 9 window.whats that?
Don’t know but it was reported earlier in the year Ikitau likely wouldn’t play this test, it seems to be a different situation for each overseas playerAnother question is why is T. Hooper included but Ikitau isn't?
McReight is up to 27 games this year and will likely finish at 30/31. I'm wondering if we are seeing these guys slide to the finish line after being asked to be up since the Lions prep with a lot of travel involved. Our players gassed? Mate... they haven't played enough rugby .. what's all this resting garbage? The world's shortest Super rugby comp set up... then admittedly a few Tests now but we need to play more games not less....
Off topic but I feel that this is often missed in the debate around whether Australian's don't play enough rugby relative to Europe.McReight is up to 27 games this year and will likely finish at 30/31. Super Rugby has these guys going from Perth to Fiji. Tests this year have been from SA, Perth, Townsville, NZ, Japan now Europe. It all adds up when we are often sticking guys on long flights when it would be better to be in recovery mode.Off topic but I feel that this is often missed in the debate around whether Australian's don't play enough rugby relative to Europe.
