They certainly seem to lift when they are over there. Some very good individual performances, I can imagine prospective coaches looking at Wilson and McReight and thinking about what they could do with them. Real shame for Liam Wright with the injury though, he has been in such good form.

How is Vunivalu getting selected each week? Ineffective on attack - seems to go to ground easily and lacks speed; weak on defence - technique seems to be grab around shoulders and sling them to the ground, but he does like to get onto the back of rucks where not needed. Are we out of wingers?

Compare right wings: Mark Talea and Vunivalu. One makes effective tackles, breaks tackles and offloads in the tackle. The other jumps for kicks and gets stepped.

Don't deserve to make finals realistically. Tahs were better but don't look that flash.

Surprised after last season, Drua women were so good and really made the Australian teams lift. Great to see WF women win 2 in a row (I think).

Commentators talking up Vunivalu like they haven't watched any of his previous games for the Reds! His intercept was pretty lucky - almost a deliberate knock on, defence has been weak and no urgency to follow up when defender has got past him.

Moana should drop the kicking, just giving it to the Reds to attack with. Look what happens when they run it.

Looking at the table, Moana only have 2 points from 7 games, Reds have 11 from 7. Points for and against - MP (Moana Pasifika) are negative 158, Reds negative 33. Based on results this season the Reds should definitely win.

Are we really seeing grit and determination though? I would have thought that if you demanded grit and determination you would not have put Vunivalu on the field last week, or having done so, haul him off when he clearly wasn't showing that effort that you demand.
