If that was his attitude how the hell did that guy become the head of ARU. No wonder our game is in such dire straights! I have tickets to the Brisbane Bledisloe so I too will be interested in the crowd numbers for the first test, see how much this sacking the force has affected the masses.

I heard about him getting out to Crosby. That's a really good effort to get out there & him wanting to play for his club, Reminds me of back in the 90's!

I believe from what I've seen this year that the traditional lower clubs have caught up to the others, which has made for a more exciting competition all round. The rugby I've seen being played at premier games is way more exciting & hard hitting than anything the reds or other Aussie teams have...

Definitely agree with you on the club opportunities, especially if the players are getting the benefits. I believe wests are very much in the race for the top 4 after easts losing to both norths & Sunnybank, A very tight race to the finish.

All clubs have at one point or another offered players something to represent their club, from cash in hand, free Physio, accomodation & even cars. So no club in innocent of this and its to win games and build membership numbers, unfortunately club loyalty is not as important to players anymore.

Was out at norths for this one & was really good to see a big crowd for their family day. He did make a few mistakes early, but your right he did make up for it with some good breakdown pressure & had a hand in a couple of their tries. Looking at it norths do have a very good counter attack but...

You would assume that is the case with the paperwork but with the QRU who knows. I do hope they get the points back, guess time will tell.

wow! Hope we win it, that would mix things up a bit. It would be a cracking end to the regular season if the Wests v Norths game was a finals decider. However the Filth this week, so one week at a time. Norths are playing the filth this week aye? That might be the game to watch then!

Caught the Easts v North's game on the weekend & have to say that Easts didn't play like a top 4 team. Hopefully they can turn it around for this weekend, but taking no credit away from North's, they played some hard defense. Also heard that North's are challenging the 4 points they lost for...

Sorry bulldog, wasn't having a go at ya mate. Just saying it wouldn't be in his character to go for money. As trainerGB said probably went there because him & Sio have known each other for a fair stretch.

They lost 4 points for playing an unregistered player. Having played with Tim at easts years ago I can tell you he wouldn't be playing for the money. He's not that kind of bloke. Dan Mckellar was the one who recruited him to Souths then to the Vikings in Canberra. Either way it will be...
