    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

It is hard for the two teams from the coast. Young ones leave to go the the city for job opporunities or Uni. I agree, the comp needs it.

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

Pa Pat, i've heard, is not involved with the academy for that very reason. Some of those lads wanted to go there. This seems to be one of those tiresome threads. Don't clubs use whatever influence they can...

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

If you look at Easts site the academy boys are turning 19, 20 or 21 this year, so yeah HJ, Brothers did well with a Reds eps player directing them out there. More experience and time on the field and those boys will be a force to contend with. Sorry but I would rather focus on positives then...

Happy Jack really!!!!! Was at the game and I just don't know where you are coming from. Really hate to say this but the big focus should be on getting our ref's up to standard.

    Reds v Stormers - Super Rugby Round 9, 2012

Gee guys - CHILL.. Ok so The Reds have not started off in the best of form but no matter what happens I can't change that but I can keep supporting them - through the ups and downs - as I have for decades.

    Reds v Stormers - Super Rugby Round 9, 2012

Only those who themselves are fly by nights would dare to post such crap. Who cares. Those that are true supporters will stick it out, watch and keep supporting.

Isn't Joel a year older. He was selected last year and did his shoulder just after the squad was announced.

    Reds v Stormers - Super Rugby Round 9, 2012

I believe that it is not bench time Genia requires. He played an outstanding season for the Reds last year, pairing with Quade well, as well as working well with Digby and Horwill. He also worked extremely hard for the Wallabies at the world cup. Don't forget a lot of these blokes do a lot of...

    2012 IRB Junior World Championship

I wonder if they take some of the younger lads down for a look for the following year and to supply a team for the serious contenders to play against!

    Reds v Stormers - Super Rugby Round 9, 2012

IMO - it is not how much the Reds are kicking but as to the kicks themselves. The choice of placement was poor. We are missing a tactical kicker with good placement. Genia looks tired. We played too much as individuals at the start of the game. Simmons is still protecting one side/shoulder. WHAT...

Wallabies v Wales: Name Your Best XV

Whilst Pyle and Jones are improving, their scrummaging is not of a standard for international rugby, even in super rugby they have struggled in the scrums. Pyle calls himself way too much in the lineouts which leads to predictability. They are still too young yet. Let them develop.
