I notice there is a hearing listed for Aug 23 in NSW Supreme Court. RugbyWA v ARU.

My reading is an injunction is in place to stop any "discontinuation" of the Force or its licence. An appeal has been lodged and a decision as to whether to hear the appeal or not will be made by Wednesday next week.

ARU have been trying to get rid of us ever since they let us in.
