It is a rule that they have to play Premier Grade, and am pretty certain that means 'THE premier grade'. I agree that Tim Smith is a better player, and he has been great for Wests this year. I think the reason he played fullback was because Byron Hutchinson is injured.

New here - but can definately confirm new faces at State High. Director of Rugby, just back from Japan, where he was Eddie Jones' assistant coach for 4 years; another was the premier colts coach at Souths for some time. Will be interesting to see how they go.
