1) this is the biggest loss for either country in over a decade;
2) vast majority of losses in last ten years is 5 points or less ;
3)NZ changed its selection policy 2 years ago after Aussie had won 4 out of last 6 years.( and won in Nz in 2013).NZ now pick best players not just boys in grade 12...
My word i was so impressed with NZ 10 . What a masterclass - like all good players -he had so much time .
The Aussie boys were so rushed.
Unfortunately that is the biggest loss in over a decade .
Congrats to young Ngamanu ( BBC) and Riley ( TSS) on their silver medals at Commonwealth games sevens tournament in Samoa.The SA boys were a little too big . Lets hope they go one better against NZ schools
good to hear there is a " baby" Ngamanu starting at BBC next year.
As someone else said;"15 & 7 " were a class above everyone else-so well done Aussie Schoolboys selectors.
I am told 15 is now in Samoa with a TSS boy in the ARU under 20 sevens team.
My Dear Mitch
Not to inflame a delicate situation but young Veravis was in the 2nds and he is actually in the...
went out to watch BBC to play BGS today
Very sad to see young Lenny Ikatau with his arm in plaster so i cant see him playing NZ schools in 3 weeks. what a tough year he has had .but always smiling.
Aussie schools coach Phillpotts put the other aussie school players in cotton wall after half...
The first xv also ran the water for the undefeated 13D team and attracted what was said the to be longest tunnel of boys in running on to the field in a decade - so their schoolmates like their culture.
A well known heart surgeon who is also a BBC 14 A parent has bought every copy and claimed copyright. He says seeing his boys lose their 1st match in 2 and half years nearly forced him to operate on himself.
My Dear Mr Genia
As for BBC v GT this weekend
Do not forget the 16A match and the bad blood that still exists from 2 years ago in 14As when :
-BBC became the first school to beat that team;
-there were a number of complaints from both schools about OTT supporters.
Will the fact that a number...
GT seemed to be winning more matches than anyone predicted at start of year. they are winning and winning well.
who is scoring the tries -- malaki?
are the 2 rl boys from Wavell in 1sts or 16 As?
Can I humbly suggest that at the end of the year the top 2 teams will be:
1sts TSS / NC
2nds TSS/ NC
16A NC / AcGS
15A NC/GT
14A BBC/ IGS- but GT have another new player
13A IGS /BSHS then 40 points to BBC
12A GT by 20 with their 2 new boys being very dominant .
You probably mean a great asset to any " school" .A polite humble young who is a real role model to many young boys at the school.

You obviously did not see Edwards score 2 brilliant tries for UQ Premier colts on Sunday . if you did you would:
1)agree he would have run that 80mtrs;
2)wonder , like so many others ,how he missed Aussie Schools and missed final cut in ARU under 18 sevens.
My Dear Red and Black
You normally have a lot to say . Please do not go quiet on us. I , too am looking forward to your summary of the 2nd half against TSS.
My dear King
You are probably right, you usually are. but could you add this to your theory: BBC with 2 stars out beat IGS by 14 . ACGS squeaked past IGS by 4?
A couple of things are clear:
1) TSS and ACGS appear to be injury free and have a great draw and a reasonable draw respectively;
2) NC...

The hooker yesterday was a prop from16As.number 3 ,Foulds,throw ball in.
i understand that 3 of the 6 BBC boys who are out will return next week. they really miss Simpsons speed out wide.i thought he was veryunlucky not to make an Aussie team as he outplayed NSW 1 winger who did.but 9 , 5 and 2 are out for season .Cotton at 14 will be back in 2 weeks.
Hold on -...
