Waverley College touring squad looks like, expecting the waves to have some big wins as ollie aboud is going to kinross so should carry the team on his back as usual
anyone have a predicted barker lineup there dosent seem to be one on the forum and i would like to see how there team is shaping up as they have quite a lot of players returning from last year and cold be a shot at taking henry up to hornsby
big loss out of Waverley camp with Ehren Little tearing his acl at friday night basketball against cranbrook in the first 5 looking like he will be out for the whole season
Waverley college looking like they will be the powerhouse of the competition this year as the future wallaby ollie aboud leads them onto the pitch will also be of great help having james nestor at tight head prop the big fella loves to scrummage some of them consider him a young will Goddard and...
i was very impressed with jonas dowling no 16 for NSW Schools 1 looked like he was told to target felix turinui in the game this arvo and did a magnificent job of smashing that weazel
well you could argue that Nathaniel Thomas (Barker) has been robbed not being in the CAS 1st team seeing as he is one of barkers go to forwards. there is so many good no.6 however cranbrook havent really played any strong competion this year so hard to tell how there players are actually tracking.
I personally thought that Wheals was on of Barkers strongest players, Enasio has not got strong enough ball skills to be playing 12 passing is quite poor, more of a ball carrier.
Anyone have any predictions for the 2nd XV competition, I believe that Waverley could be favourites having only just lost to Newington whom barker got thrashed by. Waverley 2nds also beat St Augustines 19-0 on the weekend, I heard from one of the students that St Augustines 2nds beat Cranbrook...
Should be a cracking day down at Queens Park tomorrow with all of the A's teams playing on the number 1 field with 2nd xv at 2:00pm, 3rd xv at 1:00pm and the big grand-finally 1st xv at 3:15. Should be awesome atmosphere down at Death Valley with the 1st xv looking to secure there first win of...
Trinity should be really strong with lots of genblue/representitive players in there 1stxv, the only problem that could occur for Trinity is that a lot of these boys are year 12s that are u17 however I think with a full strength Trinity team they could could give some of the big CAS rugby...
Waverley college 2s should be really strong for the start of the CAS Season as the 1stxv players come back from injury over the next two weeks this should mean that two or three forwards and a centre from the 1stxv will be dropped to the 2ndxv.
