a (not very in depth) review of all the Kings 16s talent... 1sts: Risati (13/15): - Very solid - 2 crucial kicks to ice the game in the last 2 games (both in rain) - in play kicking game is superb Bloomfield (3): - Dangerous with the ball - hard to slow down - One of Kings best players Smith...

Agree... another great game from him today... Also though I'd mention how impressive Kings 3 has been this season.

What a game between view and kings... View looked scary in the dying seconds of the game but Kings able to hold on. The royals get it done again. A true dark horse.

Not sure about other schools but I know Kings doesn't allow Opens players to play club footy... assume this is the case for other schools, does anyone know?

Yes, have also heard this from my nephew. I happened to be at Kings vs Scots in round 1 and noticed that Kings warcries seemed to be lacking. That being said, they didn't have much of a student crowd and it was an away fixture. Keen to see how they go with a compulsory fixture especially...

I suppose we won’t know till that first boat crosses those buoys… But for now, I think the boys in blue and cerise can get it done. - Kraken

For me at least, as an old Joeys boy, this year's 1st VIII race will be an incredible one to watch. It feels like this race can only go two ways… The favourites, being Kings, led by Rogers, Vs the esteemed Jo boys featuring big names, Basha and Mitchell. In my opinion, Joeys definitely have the...

Good call Dragon Warrior, I think Kings are easily the favourites with the most uncontested and resounding wins, Although Shore have proven that they are very capable in beating the favoured crew. I believe that Shore will come in close second to Kings followed closely by joeys. Will be...

Cross country skiing I believe. From all accounts they should be i don't see why they wouldn't unless they don't have enough members to put forward a whole crew. - Kraken

I believe that the kings 4th IV is a fluctuating crew with Edward Woodhouse-Bedeck being in the junior Olympics, and Isaac Fonua being in the U18 Waratahs, this leaves kings with limited choice in what crew to put these young men into. -Kraken

Yes footy head, does seem this way... Makes me wonder why New does this, considering most schools and spectators don't take U16s as a true measure of an age groups talent, as there is typically 1-2 16s boys playing opens at each school. You'd think their main priority would be getting the best...

Seen there has been changes to the gps selections as the AAGPS website has released a ‘revised’ GPS team selections document. Kings winger Aadesh Ramraj (coming back from injury in 2nds) has been selected in GPS white, and Shore’s Tom Klem has been moved up to GPS 1sts as well as other changes.
