Tah are 100% accuracy in the "maybe" stats!

    Round 7: Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 6th 7.35PM AEDT @ GIO Stadium

I think we look better without the Ryan. Goddard does less pointless kicking, better kicking accuracy and speed and delivery was good. Also seemed to be willing to get stuck and get physical where Ryan who stands off more. Seemed to work with Noah and the forwads really well considering he is...

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Maybe this? This project will be delivered in stages, with the first stage being construction of the Regional Football Facility. This facility will serve as a match-day venue for both Liberty A-League Women matches and Isuzu UTE A-League Men matches from March 2024 until the stadium is built...

    Round 6: Reds v Brumbies

If it is about the kick returns I agree in part, but the lack of options is still an issue. To me Naoh, as well of most of the backs are hesitant with all kick returns so no one is ever running directly on to the ball to take on the line. Thus the over kicking at times. I think this is due to...

    Queensland Reds 2024

It must be an Australian thing, but our risk aversion is odd. The Kiwi's and Boks both accepted far more errors from the players trying to create options and generally as the rewards come. Willie Le Roux is a perfect example. He does many dumb things but also some really good things. Maybe it's...

    Round 6: Reds v Brumbies

Yeah, nah, disagree. It may be a generalisation , but if 10 is running across field it usually indicates a lack of support options. Our centres are rarely available nad wingers don't come in-field . If a 10 get's isolated its generally for the same reasons. (same as with a 15). It was clear to...

    Justifiably so.

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

I would suggest that Marky Marks manager may have whispered in his ear that it would be wise to take it easy, just go through the motions in the exit lounge, don't risk getting injured for a lost cause and risk his new payday.

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Tah's look and play more like a Shute level side. Personally I love the ironic coincidence.

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

...and to me the Farce is the absolute epitome of how poor rugby management is in Australia. Even with all the sugar daddy's war dollar bucks, they can't buy success.!

    Aussie Player Exodus

The product needs to reimagined. So does the appreciation of the reality we face. This shit show imploding may eventually be a blessing. IMHO, we need something akin to the dinosaurs dying out (pun intended) to get change. Or, for RA and the unions etc to end up like Pompeii. Buried and gone...

    Aussie Player Exodus

It's also not only for immediate gains, but for security and longevity. Who also wants to bet on RA atm? Gee, by the end of the year 20% of the opportunities in Australia will likely be gone. It's a career, so to improve you need game time and also look where to learn and develop. We don't...

    Round 2: Chiefs v Brumbies - 3 March 2024

Welcome new guy! This is Aussie rugby and it what we do. Hero to zero or vice-versa in a week - nope, just one Wallabies or Super game is enough! Baby and the bathwater, one chance only, we are the judge and jury and we like a good old fashioned scapegoat flogging weekly.

    Round 2: Chiefs v Brumbies - 3 March 2024

The post halftime cross to Bernie said it all for me. He was asked what he said to Ryan and Noah at halftime and he basically said that they would just need to take the learnings and where we end up is where we end up. To me it could not have been more of a concession. Totally unacceptable from...

What rugby needs to do to get back to its roots and entertain customers.

In essence I agree with the article. It's a game that is coveting history at the expense of its existence. Especially here is Australia.

    Australian Rugby / RA

Ah, now there is the key devil in the detail. DOMESTIC COMPETITION. Its wont be accepted as it risks pushing the club scene like the Shute (mainly) and Hospital back in the clubland and people will lose their power. The proof was with the NRC and the revolving or on and off NSW teams.

    Australian Rugby / RA

The only point I would add to you list is Clubs need to stop buying names to add to their squads and start buying players for their team. For all the names the Force and Rebels bought, it still didn't build a team.

Super Rugby: Round 1. Rebels vs Brumbies - 23 Feb AAMI

Who said he want to be a Wallabies player? If you are trying to upsell that Carter can tackle and that a good attribute for a 10 you really are clutching at straws. I sincerely apologise on behalf of the Brumbies that the Rebels were dominated and Noah didn't have the need to show his defences...

Yeah, really hurt the points he let through with his poor defence.

Super Rugby: Round 1. Rebels vs Brumbies - 23 Feb AAMI

All we ever seem to hear is he will.........! Carter needs to follow the Kellaway path and go offshore away from the manufactured limelight and expectations and find out if he really is any good or not.
