That's the independent school girl model. Games are graded well but match day experience is poor. It's very rare to have a large tranche of your school's teams playing in the same venue.

I dont know if first games are an indicaiton of how a season would go. I can say that Pius are not the push overs everyone assumes they are. Not polished or elegant, but always keen for a scrap and can easily put you off your game. All will be revealed in term 2.

The Pius Aloys game is a massive score. Pius have always been able to string things together when they had to but I wouldn't have seen that scoreline coming.
