The idea put on the table at nswru was to have U18s in addition to all three colts.... a rushed decision came out to replace 3rd grade.. this was never the intention when put forward so hopefully commonsense will prevail and nswru will "amend" the decision

There are alot of boys happy to play village rugby with mates but enjoy the rep program as a separate thing... Not all players are in it for them selves.. I know of Many boys that played in Club comp and got thrashed each week and rep coaches kept telling them that they should swap clubs so...

Agree in full with that we should stop relying on private school kids..... after speaking to some clubs it is they that dont want to do the work of recruiting others... all I heard was it will wreck our club... You have a go at the sjru having short term commitment. .... I think you'll...

The comp. May be smaller . But at least it wouldn't be dictated by those players that are relied on to back up after school games.. bring it on I say

You still have to have 12 players otherwise it is still a forfeit. . I liked the old rule as well but problem was that teams wouldn't bother playing if they are near top and didn't want to risk injury. .. doesn't matter what rule you have. . Some over zealous coach will ruin the reasoning
