Joey's are leading the 2nd's and 3rd's comp outright, the worst they can do is joint premiers if they loose. And Joey's 1st XV a close 3rd behind New & Scots. Anyway well done to Joey's rugby.

I think rugby in GPS is in trouble. We have seen NRL clubs like Melbourne & Broncos win for years after fixing the salary cap scheme only being discovered years later after being audited. The games I have watched for example vs Newington over the years just keeps getting smaller and smaller...

Easily across the board Joeys is the strongest rugby school bar the 1st's. In saying that Joeys 1st's are a very good side being 3rd on the table 1 win behind the leaders Newington & Scots. The 2nds leading the comp by 2 wins by themselves. And the 3rds are tied first place with Joeys...

I noticed the same thing, 2nds and every B side winning, and a varying degree of results across the board below the top levels of each age group. Statistically speaking throw it in a pivot table and away you go it will come up parachutes.

One dumb question how comprehensive are these cheats sheets and are they only for the 1st xv, as a few boys that were in atheletics are now working their way through the 3rd & 2nd xv's? From what I saw its seems pretty much determined.

Between you me and a lamp post I've seen the selectors the last 2 weeks busily ticking the boxes for the GPS squads. I guess if you are not already in the 1st xv now, then better luck next year.

Supposedly NSW GPS teams are selected 1st round and maybe this weekend as well? So for the selection process do they look at 1st XV only? And for GPS teams photos and gear handout on 14th June 2015 at Shore playing fields... so notification before that...
