As the one and only game of school rugby I watched this year, Knox v Barker, what a cracker. I will say as an old Knox boy and an ex Knox dad, I think Barker were the better team and deserved to win. Their forward play around the edges was exceptional. Barker 13 deserved the red card as it was...
Over representation.........................there's 6 Knox boys been picked out of 84 spots available. I think thats probably fair enough, and each boy selected did well on Friday.
As for the young fella being picked at 6, IMHO he's done very well to make Gen Blue 1. His big mate Fritz has had...
Seems to be sorted now......i paid for the season long membership. $80 or something.............pretty good value for all the footy we get to watch.
PS WTF......................did you see who is playing number 5 for Sydney?
Mate, I'm getting the covid shot at 5.30..........................if its not pissing down with rain i'll probably head up. However, with no skin in the game sadly, Cluch may be very tempting.
After watching that, for mine, Barkers 2 best players were the 1 and the 7. Alo's are also tiny......................smallest 1st xv team i've seen in a long time. The Barker 10 has a fantastic step also. Everyone raving about Dion, I think the 1 looked far more dangerous with ball in hand.

So boys, thoughts on CAS 1's v GPS 1's this Thursday.................I reckon the CAS team have a huge chance of winning, and winning well. Big powerful forwards, very slick backline, no Jack Bowen & Henry O'Donnell to contend with. CAS by 20!!
Agreed THP3……….well done to all the boys selected through the grades. My biggest disappointment is Rod backing up the the Barker team clearing a boy who was clearly concussed. The fact that Barker, after all the new boys miraculously making the 1st XV, will permit a boy given a blue card to play...
