    RWC Pool D - Wallabies vs Wales - Sunday 29 September 2019 @ 5.45pm

https://laws.worldrugby.org/?law=18&language=EN 18.2c: So apparently good call, and good knowledge of the law (as well as skills) from the Welsh player. Brutal to watch from an Aus POV, though.

Australia Vs Argentina, September 13, Gold Coast

At elite level I'm pretty sure but at grassroots it sounds like this law is common. This thread seems a decent reference, but I haven't seen anything more official. http://www.rugbyrefs.com/showthread.php?11127-a-second-quick-tap-urban-myth!

Common misconception, there's no such rule. Often the referee won't make a mark quickly in this scenario, but if he does, you can take it.

2012 Rugby Championship Round 5 Game 2 Argentina vs New Zealand - 29 September

Yeah, it was really good to see. That said, I just watched the game again. When Cruden takes the last conversion, some joker has a green laser pointer aimed at his head. (Hard to think of any group of 44000 people that wouldn't have a couple of idiots though)
