Things we know #1: Helping kids is awesome.​

Things we know #2: James O'Connor has a stupid haircut.​

​

James is willing to have his filthy locks lopped if we can raise $10,000, which will go towards helping Spectrum Superstars open an early intervention centre.​

​

​

There is a huge shortage of early intervention centres currently operating in Victoria due to lack of Government funding & also due to the growing prevalence of children being diagnosed with autism.

​

Families are being put on waiting lists of up to 2 years to get their children into these centres. This is 2 years too long, 2 years of wasted time that a child could be improving daily if he/she was receiving the treatment they need and deserve.​

​

Spectrum Superstars are aiming to open a centre which will provide therapy, services & support for children with autism and their families. Giving children the best possible start in life & educating their families, caregivers to assist & empower them to participate meaningfully and inclusively in our community.​

​

James will be helping Spectrum Superstars spread autism awareness by having his awful locks lopped by AFL superstar Lance “Buddy” Franklin.​
