Or ANY in form players to the team. I don't really care about the age, but shit if we never see our nationally contracted players up against the other guys, how the hell are we to know if they're in form at all? Besides getting beaten by the Black Craps and Proteas, I mean.

Fair point about age. Lee Carseldine should be there. So should Hodge. Good to see Quiney in the 20/20 team now. He and Warner COULD tear things up.

At one with you on that one, Noddy. I've written about Hodge elsewhere; it's difficult to fathom why selectors continue to ignore Brad while our batsmen have had such a shit summer, in all forms of the game. WHAT has Hodge done to warrant his ongoing non-selection? I find myself agreeing with the Victorian official who had a winge about players being picked on potential, not form.
