Wallaroos v Japan 19 July

The Wallaroos take on Japan again this Friday night, this time at North Sydney Oval.

There's been a couple of changes to the starting side with Eva Karpani and Lori Cramer getting their first starts.

Karpani is such an exciting prospect. Tongan Thor like in her running abilities and just needs to ensure her scrummaging is sound. She'll get a good test against the strong technique of the Japanese.

This is a really exciting team finding it's way and I hope they step up this weekend. All of their units are exciting. An excellent front row. Strong locks (excellent in the lineout). Brilliant backrow. Smart halves. Damn exciting (inexperienced) centres and a bloody good back three who didn't get enough ball last week (feel bad for Carter getting benched). Plus a very handy bench.
