Any Woodies players or supporters out there? The word is that there is dissension in the ranks. Any information, please (my wife and I are members, but live in Queensland now, so we are well out of the loop).

Can someone on the inside explain what happened on Saturday against the Beasties?

Not far off the Dural Under 16's winning the Bledisloe cup from the New Zealand Rugby Team.

The odd loss here and there is OK but 50 points ..... .... .... to Easts??

Is ASADA taking swabs from the players?:)

Leading into a clash with the Corporation this week, the Woodies need all the confidence they can get.

Yep, the Big End of Town should win by 80.

However, strangely enough, the Beasts have done pretty well against us in recent seasons. No offence to any stray Easts fans here.

My pet theory is that our shy, simple, lads are mightily distracted by some of the talent that is traditionally on display at Woollahra. I know I used to be!!!

I'm pretty sure the Dural U14 Tour of NZ carries more weight. Jeez that was a fine moment in Australian rugby :)

I was at T.G. today.

Eastwood were the better team, and scored some very good tries.

P.S. Their 14 is huge, he reminds me of Gogzilla.

End of thread now?

Mmmmm. Maybe. However, on another thread a poster claimed that virtually the whole Eastwood first grade team stayed away from the after match festivities on the day they played Parramatta, and that the reserve graders had not clapped the ones onto the field. Which does not sound like something that disappears in a week or so.

Is Manenti back this season to lead the Woodies? Eastwood always seem to be competitive regardless of who they have on deck. There were whispers last season that there was friction between 1st/2nd grade with players thinking the order was the wrong way around.

However the GF buried that rubbish - will be interesting to see what they can do this season.
