Wallabies 2024

Yeah cause the Folau saga was her doing? & poor results have been an ongoing saga regardless of regime.

I actually have my own measurements for CEO and it’s the impact of grass roots impact… castle stood out compared to the rest.
what did she do to address the grassroots issue?

what did she do to address the grassroots issue?

She engaged with the grass roots on personal level.

In some instances When players/clubs/teams had important games or milestones - she’d attend or send a personalised message… you’d only know about this kind of stuff if your invested in the grass roots & heard of this second hand - none of the other CEOs I’ve heard done stuff like this…

This might not mean much - but it’s a start when a a CEO without any budget to work is least engaging or acknowledging.

Hamish McLennan will turn up to a rugby event for the free meal and offer nothing but his angry looking frown.

Cheika is not at all suited to that style of role.
I think he definitely is.
Still not sure if serious.
I am.
Hoiles lead Randwick to their first title in a long time, he could work with Eddie well.
Laurie I believe would do what’s best for rugby here in Oz and Hewitt’s fingerprints remain all over the ACT Brumbies attack.
Cheika I would love to see involved somewhere.

His role as a coach has always been hands on and focused on motivating and engaging players in a way that is largely irrelevant to a high performance czar/director of rugby. The only time he has taken on a DoR role it was an unmitigated disaster.
Where was that?

That’s a lot of randwick influence.. a lot of people here won’t like that .

A middle of the road finish is much better than what we have now.

They could have starting rebuilding agter the world cup.
Is it really?

At least now they might actually make tangible chance instead of the same mistakes we have for decades
