Dennis held back, fucking rubbish.

Apparently Owens is the best ref in the world atm.
I think Owens was loooking to the AR to call it back - but he's probably from outer Mongolia, happy to get a gig, and its his first time in the big smoke so he isn't going to call that back

Well France definitely turned up to play, like everyone expected.

Wallabies looking jittery and trying to force quick play. I have a bad feeling about this game looks like a long way back from here..

Very ordinary. There was a good phase there for a few minutes, but we just didn't capitalise. Apart from that very, very ordinary. Special mention to the honey badger. That bloke always looks like he's playing his guts out

"I thought it was a fast start by both teams." Matthew Burke, demonstrating yet again you have to have played Super Rugby to appreciate the subtleties of the game.
.

I agree that the word to describe it starts with an "F".
We looked exhausted after 25 minutes.
Froggy defence out wide is shite but the slow service inside gives us few options by the time it gest out there.
Tapuai looks lost and Harris is having a crock - other than his kicks.
Tapuai has to hold his width against this rush defence and resist the temptation to switch back inside KB (Kurtley Beale) or whoever.
We will need to be v. good to bag this one.

Bruce Ross As lucky as you are watching on Ch10 and enjoying Mr Burkes pearls of wisdom, we are stuck with Rugby Luminary Marto on Fox for oranges comments.

Marto is doing a Movember. Even harder to take him seriously.

Tapuai is looking lost 'cause the pill is not getting anywhere near him.
Except that when KB (Kurtley Beale) made a half break he was on the switch...and KB (Kurtley Beale)'s angle was so shallow they never crossed.
I accept that playing outside this backline at 13 you would, more often than not, be needing to come back inside unless you wanted to meet the family in row D

"I think Cliffy Palu might last another 5 minutes and then bring the . . . the back row on." Matthew Burke again, this time demonstrating that it doesn't help to have played Super Rugby if you don't know who's on the bench.
